Where is Alexa Mota based, and where are services available?
Alexa is based in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, and works on location with brands and companies throughout the country.
Depending on the production, this may include client headquarters, photoshoot studios, film sets, event venues or other designated locations.
Are international bookings available?
Yes. Alexa is available for international productions and can travel to work on location with the client and their team.
Project requirements, location, scope of involvement and any necessary travel arrangements are discussed as part of the booking process
What types of brands and companies does Alexa work with?
Alexa works with brands and companies across industries. While her specialization is fashion and e-commerce, Fashion Styling and Art Direction can play an important role in any commercial production involving people, wardrobe, footwear, accessories or other visual elements that need to work together on camera.
This can include productions for fashion and beauty, hospitality and tourism, real estate, sports and wellness, automotive, professional services and many other industries.
The industry may change, but the objective remains the same: to create cohesive imagery that supports the brand, the message and the purpose of the production.
Can Alexa work with our existing creative team?
Yes. Alexa can integrate into your existing creative or production team, working alongside photographers, models, makeup artists, hairstylists, marketing teams, creative directors and other professionals already involved in the project.
Her level of involvement adapts to what is already in place and where additional expertise or direction is needed. She can work within an established creative direction, collaborate in developing it further or take the lead when required, supporting the team while keeping the production aligned towards a cohesive visual result.
At what stage of a production can Alexa become involved?
Alexa can become involved at different stages of a production, depending on the project and the level of support required. This can begin during early planning and pre-production, when products, looks, talent and creative direction are still being defined, or at a later stage when the production is already established and focused support is needed.
Earlier involvement can be particularly valuable when a collection or project would benefit from additional cohesion, coordination or preparation before the shoot. Alexa can also join specifically for the photoshoot, working within the direction and production structure already in place.
Where her scope extends beyond the shoot, her involvement can continue through final image selection and post-production direction to help maintain consistency through to the finished imagery.
Does Alexa specialize in fashion e-commerce productions?
Yes. Fashion e-commerce is one of Alexa’s core areas of specialization, with experience styling over 200 photoshoots and working with high-volume product assortments.
Her approach considers both the individual product and the collection as a whole, creating looks that present each item at its best while maintaining consistency across the imagery and a clear connection to the brand’s visual identity.
Alexa’s experience also extends beyond e-commerce to other commercial photography and video productions, with the scope of her involvement adapted to the objectives of each project.
Does Alexa offer Personal Styling or Image Consulting for private clients?
Although Alexa is a Certified Image Consultant, her services are currently focused exclusively on brands, companies and commercial productions.
She does not offer personal styling or image consulting services to private individuals.
How do I request a booking?
Professional fees and service options are available on the Pricing page. To request a booking, contact Alexa with your proposed date, time and location.
For returning clients and established e-commerce productions, this may be all that is required to confirm availability.
For new clients or more complex productions, Alexa may ask for additional details such as the project type, creative brief, mood boards, product or collection information, intended usage and any team members already confirmed.
Once the project requirements are understood, Alexa will confirm availability.
For new enquiries, please also include your name and role, the company or brand you represent and its website. For security purposes, attachments and external files are only opened once the enquiry has been verified.
Does Alexa have social media?
Alexa does not use social media to showcase or promote her professional work. Her portfolio and professional information are presented exclusively through this website.
Social media profiles featuring Fashion Styling or Image Consulting work under similar names are not affiliated with Alexa unless specifically linked from this website.
Official social media and messaging accounts may be used when required for direct communication with clients, sharing references or supporting communication during a production, but they are not maintained as public portfolios or professional content channels.
