Styling execution on set, with looks and creative direction provided by the client.

Styling execution plus Art Direction, directing the visual execution of the shoot — working with the photographer on composition and framing, directing models and posing, and guiding hair, makeup and styling details.

Styling execution and Art Direction on set, plus Post-Production, consisting of final image selection and direction for editors on any required image corrections. Post-Production begins once the client has organised the shoot imagery by product/SKU.

LOOK BUILDING
If the looks have not yet been created, Look Building can be added before the shoot. Alexa reviews the products and develops the looks in line with the brand identity, collection theme and overall goals for the production, defining the combinations and styling approach to be followed on set.

CREATIVE PRE-PRODUCTION
When a shoot is being considered, Alexa can develop the visual direction at an early stage of the planning process. This includes establishing the creative concept and visual references, then defining and aligning the requirements for photography, models, hair, makeup and styling. Establishing these elements early provides the creative team with a clear direction and allows the necessary casting, preparation and coordination to take place before the shoot.

CREATIVE PROCESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
When a collection is still in development or is not coming together as intended, Alexa can review it from a visual and styling perspective to identify gaps, inconsistencies or elements affecting its overall cohesion. Recommendations can be made to refine the collection, strengthen the relationships between products and improve how the collection works together.

Where needed, support can also extend to the development of timelines, action plans and working processes to improve workflow, strengthen collection development and support more effective product delivery.

CASTING TALENT
Alexa can source and recommend models and other talent aligned with the brand, creative direction and requirements of the production. Available as a standalone service or as part of a production.

MINIMUM BOOKING
On-set bookings have a 4-hour minimum. This applies to Services 01, 02 & 03.

 

TRAVEL
Travel within Vila Nova de Famalicão is included.
Travel time and expenses for other locations are quoted separately.

International bookings are available, including travel for productions and shoots abroad.
 

VAT / IVA

Prices shown do not include VAT (IVA). Any applicable VAT will be calculated according to the client and service location and clearly stated in the quote.
